Welcome to the HOOSIERS Out Out On Tandem.
HOOTS is the Indiana statewide tandem bicycle riding organization. While the Central Indiana Bicycle Association (CIBA ) provides support for the operation of HOOTS, CIBA membership is not required. Come and join other tandem teams and explore the state, learn more about other bicycle clubs, and build a stronger Indiana tandem organization.
We encourage you to post a profile picture, and pictures from your local rides.
